What to include in a first note
Pet type, ZIP code, the service you are considering, and a few lines about routine are enough for a first reply. Mention if your pet needs medication or special care. Detailed medication, veterinarian, emergency, and access notes can wait until after we review the request.
For boarding, include the nights you need and anything about compatibility with other animals. Boarding is subject to availability and suitability.
