About Ring Pet Central
This website provides information about Ring Pet Central pet-care services. We provide dog walking, plus pet sitting and home-style boarding for dogs and cats, in San Antonio, Texas and surrounding communities. We provide the care ourselves. The site is not a marketplace for unrelated companies.
Dog Walking is for dogs. Pet Sitting and Pet Boarding are available for dogs and cats. Pet Sitting takes place in the owner's home. Pet Boarding is home-style overnight care in a caregiver's home.
Requests are not bookings
Submitting the Request Care form, sending email, or leaving a voicemail is a request. It is not a confirmed booking. Care is arranged only after we review the details and confirm with you. Services are subject to availability. Boarding is also subject to suitability. We may decline a request that is not a fit.
Starting prices
Prices shown on the site are starting prices. Final service details and price are confirmed before service. This website does not process payment.
Owner information
You are responsible for accurate information about your pet and relevant care needs. After a request is reviewed, we may ask for more detail such as medication instructions, veterinarian information, emergency contacts, or access notes. Do not send keys, door codes, or alarm codes through the website form.
Caregivers follow the owner-provided care instructions agreed for a confirmed visit or stay. Ring Pet Central does not provide veterinary services. Caregivers are not veterinarians. They do not diagnose conditions or replace veterinary care.
Hours
Business and contact hours are Daily, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Overnight boarding may continue outside those contact hours.
